Requirement 2FA Login - Google Authenticator
In order to login to the customer dashboard you will need to download on your phone the google authenticator first. Only authorized users are permitted access to the customer portal. You can register for an account or contact us to obtain an account.
- To access your account you must use the authenticator app on you smart device.
STEP #1: Download the authenticator app on your phone or smart device
STEP #2 The first time you login:
- Enter your username or email.
- Enter your temporary password.
- Enter your customer number.
- Click continue button.
Step #3:
- Scan the QR code and the app will save your CraneBase code showing your username.
- Enter the code in the Authenticator Code box.
- Click the verify and continue button.
- Additional codes will be provided as back up.
- Click continue to customer portal.
- Open your Google Authenticator app.
- Enter your username.
- Enter your password.
- Enter your customer number.
- Add the code from the authenticator app.
- Click the login button.
Note: If your authenticator app is not working use a back-up code to gain access. If you still have problems logging in contact us.
